This website is operated by KreditMudra. By accessing the site, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What we do and what we do not do
KreditMudra is a loan advisory and facilitation platform. We help you understand your options, compare offers across our network of lending institutions, and manage your application through to disbursement.
We are not a bank, an NBFC, or any other kind of lender. We do not lend money, accept deposits, or issue credit. Every loan is granted by, and every loan contract is between you and, the lending institution concerned.
No guarantee of approval
Nothing on this site or in any communication from us constitutes an offer of credit or a commitment that any loan will be sanctioned. All lending decisions (including approval, the amount sanctioned, the interest rate, charges and all other terms) rest solely with the lending institution and are subject to its policies and its assessment of your application.
Indicative rates and figures
Interest rates, loan amounts, tenures and eligibility figures shown on this website are indicative. They are drawn from publicly available lender information and are provided to help you orient yourself. They are not quotations, they change without notice, and the terms you are actually offered may differ.
Our calculators produce estimates based on the values you enter. They do not account for processing fees, insurance, statutory charges or lender-specific pricing, and their output should not be relied on as a final figure.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate, current and complete
- Provide genuine documents: submitting forged or altered documents to a lender is a criminal offence
- Read every loan document, including the sanction letter and the schedule of charges, before you sign
- Satisfy yourself independently as to the suitability of any loan you take
- Use this website lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to it
Fees
Our advisory service is provided to borrowers free of charge. We receive a commission from the lending institution when a loan we have facilitated is disbursed. This does not change the terms you receive from the lender.
You remain responsible for all charges levied by the lender, including processing fees, legal and technical valuation charges, stamp duty, insurance premiums and any statutory dues.
Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, design, graphics, logos and software) is owned by or licensed to KreditMudra and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written consent.
Third-party names and logos appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify institutions within our lending network.

This site may link to lender websites and other third-party services. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or the terms on which they operate.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including any loss arising from a lender's decision, delay, or the terms it offers.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify KreditMudra against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, from information or documents you provide that prove to be false or misleading, or from your unlawful use of this website.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
