KreditMudra ("KreditMudra", "we", "us") is a loan advisory and facilitation business operating from Garuda BHIVE Workspace, MBTC Complex, Stage 2, BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. We are not a bank, an NBFC or a lender.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need in order to assess your requirement and place it with suitable lenders.
- Identity and contact details: your name, mobile number, email address and city
- Requirement details: the loan product you are interested in, the amount and purpose, and any context you choose to share
- Financial information you provide: income, existing obligations, employment or business details, and documents you send us in support of an application
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically when you use this website
- Communications: records of calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and chat conversations with us
How we use your information
- To understand your requirement and assess which lenders are likely to approve it
- To submit your application to the lenders you agree to proceed with
- To communicate with you about your enquiry by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp
- To assist with documentation, verification and follow-up through to disbursement
- To improve this website and our service, using aggregated and anonymised data
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations
Consent to be contacted
When you submit an enquiry form, you authorise us and our lending partners to contact you about that enquiry by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp (including where your number is registered on the DNC or NDNC registry). This authorisation relates to your enquiry and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and application records for as long as needed to serve you, and thereafter for the period required to meet our legal, regulatory and legitimate business obligations. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or anonymise it.
How we protect it
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encrypted transmission and access controls limiting who within our team can view your file.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will never ask you for your passwords, OTPs, card PINs or full bank account credentials. If anyone claiming to represent us does so, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.
Your choices and rights
To exercise any of these, write to admin@kreditmudra.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Deletion: ask us to delete your record, subject to our legal retention obligations
- Withdraw consent: ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry at any time
- Complain: raise a concern with us directly, and with the relevant supervisory authority

Children
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
